    Default A6 DAB retrofit – 03-04-2007,11:32 AM
    I would realy like to get the DAB unit retro-fitted to my late 2005 A6 2.0TDi SE saloon.

    Does anyone know if the DAB unit fits into the boot space in the same rack as the satnav player, or elsewhere? Any photos would be great!

    Also can it use the standard fitted aerial, or does it need a different DAB aerial?

    Thanks for any help.

    I spoke to my local dealership last week about this as I listen to 6Music all day long and would be perfect in the car. The service manager said they were having all sorts of problems as the DAB keeps cutting out when crossing from one DAB node to another. He reckons it is not worth the effort and people who had the Audi system were not happy bunnies
