Help - Airbag warning light on after cahnging steering wheel on my Golf MK5 GTI – 03-06-2009,05:15 PM

Hi, is there anyone out there who can help me

I have just changed my standard GTI steering wheel for the GTI Edition 30 wheel and after re-fitting all is well apart from now the airbag warning light is staying on in the dash.

Is there a quick fix or does it require VAGCOM and is there anyone out there who would be able to fix it for me

I am in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Please let me know. Thanks.
