    Hi guys

I've just bought my first Mk4 Cabrio Colour Concept in Black with Black Recaro seats (rare combination).

I know that it's actually a Mk3 Cabrio with Mk4 front/rear bumpers, upgraded clocks and steering wheel.
What I want to know is what model of Golf do I specify when looking for parts ?
For example if I'm looking for brake discs do I mention Golf Mk4 or Mk3 ?
Or is there a "rule of thumb" to know when a Mk3 part will fit and when a Mk4 part will fit ?

    Thanks in advance.

    Eug

Probably the easiest way to find out is to register on VAGCAT (http://www.vagcat.com/epc/)

they have a specific section for the Golf Cabrio.

Where are you ordering from? Try quoting your chassis number, that will pinpoint it.

From what I have read, it is all Mk 3 apart from the facelifted bodywork and dahboard / steering wheel.

Happy to be corrected, of course.
