Spent yesterday giving the car a full valet, and then polishing up nice and shiny in the great weather
today was spent creating a custom grill emblem , i've used the r-line emblem down to it being an accesory line which i have started to use
also today i installed r-line fog grills, i love these and their spikes that wrap around the centre of the bumper
and i finally installed the side skirts

    So far the car has....

Gti colour coded rear lower valance with tow cover,
concealed, removable tow bar *this is quality for household trailer use and back to great looking car afterwards,
    colour coded handles,
    Gti exhaust,
    R32 rims 18",
    R32 spolier
    gti front bumper,
    r-line fog grills,
    R32/Gti side skirts,
    xenon look 6000k bulbs,
    r line custom grill emblem
    r line rear badge

What i want to do next.....

OEM led rear tail lights *customised, these have to be customised as they only come from germany and will be LHD lights, so need de clipping, changing lenses over and plast-welding back together, but look awesome as im sure some of u already know,
    Xenon headlamps,
    fog lights
    front lip/spoiler
    Colour code door strips
    remap ecu for better speed/economy

dont know if i should change the lower grill to r line also, i think the r line fogs look good with the honeycomb tho

i'm only gonna do the above if i dont sell the car as i fancy something different now, not a good thought!!

Hi, can you tell me where you bought your r-line fog grills from? I fancy a set myself but can't find them anywhere.

Also i had the same problem with my tailpipes and have not managed to get them totally clean, but I used brillo pads to take the worst of the carbon off and then used Autoglym metal polish to bring them up a bit. Hope that helps.

Try autoglym or similar metal cleaner/polish. You will also need plenty of 'elbow grease' too

Well you posted on a public forum for opinions...

It looks gash IMO. Ride height is too high and it looks like a parts bin special of R and Gti parts. A better look would be sticking with just R or Gti parts if you must imitate another model.

    R badges on a non R-car... Nooo!!

Isn't he just getting ahead of the game here and making his own Golf R-Line?

I mean there is the Passat R-Line and Tiguan R-Line, so why not a Golf R-Line.

I don't think he is trying to pass it off as an R32 though
