    Hi all,
first post here so be nice.. about to get my hands on a nice black 06 golf tdi want to know if anyone has any ideas about cheap mods that I can do?
I want to get angel eyes for the front, lower it about 40mm,tint, some sort of exhaust, a diesel dumpvalve and maybe some sort of cheap kit.
I have a set of 18" RS8's but one has a crack in them but also have a set of 20" and was wondering if the arch's would need modification for the 20's?
any ideas or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
also any places where i can get the cheapest bits would be great thanks.

i know about the angel eyes. £150

diesel dump valve?????????? are you a chav? waste of money ITS A DIESEL

    a good LEGAL tint £200 - £300

    lowering ~£200 - £500 depending on brand

exhaust. ~ £200 and then you may have to change the rear bumper valance if it doesn't have a cut out - £50

good body kits are not CHEAP

    Wheel arch mods £££££££££

    Labour for the above

    That lot is NOT CHEAP

this is cheap. Do you want to look like this?

ha that barryboys website is class thanks! I've spent hours on it now!
When i said cheap i meant as cheap as possible.
ive already purcahed the lowering springs and have the tint done now, got it done for €150.
I have an exhaust that i think ill throw onto it and if its too loud take it off again and leave it without one.
I know it sounded like i was tryin to chav up the car but i am only 18 so i've only recently come out of liking that kinda tacky crap.
Angel eyes are on the way now.
Anyone with any ideas for a front grill or idea's would be very much appreciated.
20's or 18's?? The 20's would probably only fit if i don't lower it, so what do you think??

I won't be abl to upload a photo for two weeks until I'm back in Ireland on my pc.it's just a standard black tdi though which has rotten black steelies on it at the moment while I decide whether to repair the crack in the rs8 alloys or to buy a tyre for the twenty inch alloys.

tm tuning have the side skirts and the rear bumper. they also have a similar front skirt but not the same. very expensive though.

i like that golf, its clean looking. you would want to be mad to spend about $1500 for those pieces. you could do a gti conversion for that kind of moolah...
