right need a bit of help was changing my n75 the other day and dropped one of the electrical harness' down the back of the engine and upon retreival i found what looks like a vacuum hose which at this minute in time goes nowhere!
its right at the back of the engine and has the rubber hose (approx 4 inches long) then goes into a plastic pipe which seems to go up behind the coolent bottle direction? any idea what this is for or where its meant to go?

This may be the tube for the ECU mounted MAP sensor.

It connects onto a nipple on the underside of the top boost pipe, approx to the right of the EGR N18 valve (looks like the turbo N75 on underside of top boost pipe).

This applies if you have the early 97 AFN.
