So yours definitely moves more then? I just clicked reverse mirror dipping or something similar on the long coding. Should I have done something else?
I have a May 2008 car, so quite early, not sure if that matters

Post up both long codes before and after it may have altered the wrong byte.

But surely just ticking the required box won't change anything it shouldn't?

Done this on many a car without any issues.

hmm strange, just looked at my first log and it says that address couldn't be reached on the first scan so I can't see the coding?

The latest one however is: 011002204C01410001

All I have done is ticked and unticked the various boxes related to mirror dipping, apart from this my mirrors work fine with no issue at all.
I did have my mirror knocked off by a lorry two years ago, although the whole thing was replaced and refitted at the dealers, so doubt that makes a difference?
Is there a quick setting I can use to dip the driver mirror (ie make the car think it's left hand drive so the right side is passenger) just to check whether it's the mirror itself? Although like I say it works perfectly in every other way

    Wow! how helpful!

it's been two days since my post, my experience of forums teaches me if people haven't replied by now they are unlikely to at all.

thanks again for your helpful post

Your coding is irrelevant as we can't decipher it as its long, not short coding.

You can enable the mirror dip in the drivers door module I think but don't hold me to that.

Sorry been pulling 12 hour days at work. The coding looks correct as the 4c part of the code denotes mirror dipping is enabled.
As long as the mirror switch is on the near side mirror when reverse is selected it should work. Sorry i can't offer any reason why it's not working!
