Yep try the central convenience module or central electrics.

Some cars support it, some don't.

TBH, it doesn't make that much of a difference and I forget I've enabled it. It's not as good as the cornering lights in my CC which were a dedicated halogen lamp at 45° to the main headlight. They were really good.

I have an inkling that this may be a facelift thing only as I can't rememeber seeing it on an prefacelift loan A4s I had out.

I had it on for my '59 plate car. It makes zero difference to lighting up the road. It's just if you want other people to think "oh that looks cool / he's got one fog light out"*

LOL. Agreed, it does look like one has gone. The only saving grace is that they dim up/down.

I just checked and its Central Electrics, Byte 4, Bit 0.

I know what you mean with it looking like a fog light is out, but I spose if I change my mind, I can always turn it back off. I thought it looked cool lol

Just picked up my 2013 Black edition, and can't seem to disable the electromagnetic brake release without having the seat belt on. When going into the security option no code is given.

Really annoying when just swapping cars round having to actually release the brake.

Anyone know how to get around this?

I know when I had a 2013 A5 (same chassis) that most of the coding wasn't available yet as rosstech hadn't manufactured the label files.

Make sure you're running 11.11.6 and if that fails to show then you unfortunately may have to wait for future program releases.
