in the boot of my audi there is a black plastic piece stook to the underside of the parcel shelf and two handles which you can pull. one being a ski holder and the other for the boot liner. which i imagine holds the boot liner when it is stowed away, except all of the plastic pieces are missing that make it work properly.
has anyone else had this problem?
