yes you can change them. just ring the audi parts department and they will tell you if the chrome ones (for example) will fit. The chrome ones come out straight and are on the new s-line models.

All New Audi models have straight exhaust pipes for Diesel. Only the 170PS version of the older model (Pre September 2008) had straight exhausts.

As Tlionhart said speak to an Audi dealer and discuss the costs!

Hope I,m wrong but I bet you have to cut the ends off the old ones as the new chrome Audi tips are very tight fitting and will not slide over and on correctly.

I agree they do look better though so I would go for it , I have put them on our B8 A4 and they finish it really well much better then the standard pipes albeit they were straight.
Really wonder why Audi don't do it as standard given they are only £55 to us and a lot less to them.

Stafford audi were doing some off these a while ago for around £30 all in.

I have fitted some to mine and they look a lot better.

However, be prepared to get the grinder out, as you have to remove the outer down pipe piece of the exhaust first.

There is 2 small welds on each on which have to be ground of on each pipe.

Once these are off, it is very easy to fit the new chrome tips, they just clamp on with grubscrews.

Keep checking ebay, as these will come up fairly often.

    hope this helps
