    Hi peeps

I have just managed to do a scan using Vag-Com on my Audi A4 2.5TDi 2003, had alot of problems trying to get the program to work as I needed Windows XP on my laptop but it will only run Vista (I will post another thred about how to do this later in Vag-Com section).

Anyway on with the error I found, this is what i got back from Vag-Com -

    VAG-COM Version: Release 311.2-N

    Chassis Type: 8E - Audi A4 B6
    Scan: 01,02,03,08,09,15,16,17,26,36,37,45,46,55,56,63,76

    Address 01 -------------------------------------------------------
    Controller: 8E0 907 401 P
    Component: 2.5l V6 TDI 0000AG 0009
    Coding: 02017
    Shop #: WSC 63351
    00005059 130 106JC150_1.V79488842287
    1 Fault Found:
01375 - Valves for Engine Mounting: Stage 1
    38-10 - Output won't Switch or Short to B+ - Intermittent
    Readiness: N/A

Could anyone shed any light on this for me?
I bought the car about 6 weeks ago from an Audi dealer and they gave me 12 months warranty so would this be covered under said warranty?
What exactly is it? Is it just the engine mounts as I am not sure about the Valves part of the error, I thought Valves were valves and mounts were mounts.
    Bit confused

Additinally Tavli, as the car is still under warranty, just take it straight back. If it's a Audi dealership they are usuall have very good used car warranties. You shouldnt have anything to worry about.

    Hi

I had read that post earlier, thanks for the response, I will be off back to the dealer to speak with them but was curious about the fault, I read about it on the Wiki but it does not tell me a great deal about it. Not to worry I'll keep looking and if I find a decent explaination in layman's terms I will post it up, nothing so far though on any other forums anywhere.

    Scott
