Poor performance

Hi i have a 55 plate Golf 2.0 GT TDI 140 i had the injector seals done two months ago the day i got it back the car has now lost power seems very flat idles and starts ok but strugles to get to 100mph i have to rev the nads of it and wont even top out.The car has coverd 68000 miles oil air filters changed fuel sensor,booked it in dealers found nothing turbo check out full dianostic carried out although the vnt turbo wails like a police siren dealer says ok vanes checkd and shaft seems ok boosting ok.
The injector seals where done by a none vw garage and where set up as they shud i'm just wondering if they are shot.
Any help or members who have had the same issues! oh dealer done the ecu upgrade which made no diferance at all also the car is down on mpg as u have to rev the car more

Hi Mate.I am having the exact problem like you.My car has done the same mileage as well.Dealers have it for three days and nothing turns up on diagnostics.
