B6 Interior Swap?

Hello
Looking for some advice on updating A4 B6 interior.
I currently have a bog standard soul black cloth interior with no electric or heated seats and am not bothered about having these options but would maybe like leather/half leather.
Couple of questions are bothering me though.
1) Can a B5 interior bolt straight in or are there differences?
2) I have a non split rear seat. Are the mounting points there to maybe change to 60/40 split fold or is this a complete non-starter?

B5 wont fit
and if you dont have a split rear then they wont fit
