Thread: MAF Loom Damaged?

    What symptoms would I get if the MAF wiring was damaged (open circuit or intermittent O/C high resistance).

    My MAF loom passes under the air ducting from the front of the car and is quite squashed.

    If the MAF loom is damaged it will show on a code read. Car will most likely stay in limp mode if everytime you start it the MAF registers a fault.
