    Ohh yeh and the rest!

    Cam £385
    10 bearing shells at £5 each = £50
    8 followers at £22 each = £176
2 rocker arms at £120 = £240 (MUST be set up to a very high level of accuracy)
8 rocker arm bolts at £5 each = £40 (specific torque Nm and angle)
10 cam cap bolts at £4 each = £40 (specific torque Nm and angle)
    Cam oil seal £17
    Cam belt kit £105
    Water pump £35

Plus on top of this there is PD suitable oil (only use Longlife 3 and change it every 5K to stop this happening again), oil filter, coolant and some EGR gaskets.

Before you ask, yes ALL the above MUST be done. If you do not change the rockers arms, this will happen to your nice new cam within a few months.

These pics are just the set up procedure for the rockers arms

    Finding max lift

Working out the dwell centre point

Winding down the injector to its stop point

Backing off the injector by 180 degrees

every thing bar the belt kit as it was done 4k ago (of which ive only just found out) and the pump i think, still a bit of a struggle to start(intermitently) worse when warmed up, judders like your one gear ahead of yourself at low revs if you put your foot down it feels like the wheels are about to fall off it judders and shakes so bad. it runs v well untill the temp gauge hits 90 for a couple of mins. spent to much on her already and hope the next step gets it right

Injector seals! Is this a PD? If it is showing a cylinder three misfire, change the head harness first. Why on earth would it need a head pump for a one cylinder misfire?
