Hi Folks, I have an 07 A4 S-Line special edition(170), phantom Black 4 door saloon.

My wife and I have just got two snazzy mountain bikes, and I am in need of a good quality bicycle rack.

Needs to accommodate two bikes, and I dont want any chance of the rack or the bikes scratching the car.

    Can anyone reccommend one?

Thanks in advance for your help

Yep I have the Thule ProRide 591 setup for two bikes, very good quality bike rack. You will need the cross bars and feet suitable for your car as well

Pic on my Avant (but with one rack only):

Another vote for the Thule 591. I would add a pic but one Black Avant looks much like another. I fit 2 of them on the roof. The only issue is that shorter people can't lift bikes onto the roof.

And another - i have two cycle racks on mine, but ive had three and that fits fine. I reckon i could squeeze another on if i really wanted to carry 4 bikes.

Thule is the one to go for.
