I recently bought a T reg 1.4 16v with AFH engine. I'm told the throttle body ((036 133 064E) needs replacing. It stalls when cold and ticks over unevenly.
Any one know if I an replace it with a different one that's compatable? I don't mind if performance is reduced. There are plenty on Ebay with the same number but with the letter 'D' on the end.
    thanks
    Tim

I would try to clean it and then re-adapt it with vag-com before replacing it, might just be gunked up.

Have a look in the vagcom section for someone near to you.
