PD100 engine oil query

A request for advice on engine oil. I've just changed Golfs; the new one has the ATD PD100 engine and reading the manual had me confused when I checked the engine oil specification - it doesn't seem to tally with what I've read on this forum about oil for PD engines.

So the question is what is the recommended oil for topping up and oil changes for the above engine? Any advice greatly appreciated.

just got this from the comma web site, this is the oil they recomend for your car!!
