    Default S4 no spark – 21-03-2009,01:58 PM
    Hi had my S4 5 cylinder 2.2 turbo head off put it all back together and started up fine, drove it parked it up.

    My girlfriend went to start it and it just kept turning she ran the battery down, took battery off recharged and put back on.

    The car turns but i do not seem to have a spark could this be the CSP sensor? or could it be a immobiliser thing i do not have the original key but the red flashing light goes off and then i can turn the engine.

    I have checked and i am getting fuel.

    get a diag test done
    this will give you better info as to what is at fault
    then come back and post findings so we can help

    so took off the cps and it was broken replaced it now i have one cylinder down. could it be a coil pack and will this come up on the scanner.

    or could this be something else?
