working with fibreglass

ok, stabbing in the dark

but my restoration project (see here) needs a roof spoiler, much like you see on most modern trucks, except, with the truck being nearly 30 years old, i need to make a custom one, probably from fibreglass... my question being, how do i go about doing this? i've worked with bodywork before (restored a box just like this 2 1/2 years ago) but never needed to custom fabricate something like this.... i suspect it would be the same process as fabricating a custom sub box/ice install, hence i think some people on here may be able to help

any (if any) help/suggestions would be most gratefully received
