Oil leak / Mist

Hi guys I have a mist-ery oil leak (oh god) near the windscreen washer bottle. There is a little bit of gunk on the washer bottle, blackish looking stuff, and a lighter oilier coating on an electrical cable.
There is a hose going into the wing in this area, what's it for?

You can enlarge them to 1024 to get a good look.

I did notice a bit of gunk on the bottom of the S hose intercooler - MAF, but only a small amount, not enough to be related.

I think the hose behind the washer bottle is the return to tank fuel line, but I'll have to check in the morning.

Cheers Huweth, I'm pretty sure it connects to either PCV or vacuum system, but I was wrong once before!
BTW it's a 1.8t as well...
