04 Audi Avant 2.5. TDI Sport - Gearbox issues

I have an 04 Audi Avant 2.5 TDI Sport and experienced problems with the multitronic gearbox and have some wrangling with a local dealership contacted Audi UK and they fitted a replacement ECU - approx 18 months ago.

Recently have started to experience juddering when accelerating.

Any ideas what to do - In understand these gearboxes are dodgy and wondering whether to hand back at the end of the lease period as my confidence in keeping for the long haul is waning...

Any advice welcome

input shaft requires replacing unless you have a engine misfire or fuel pump issue.Confirm if this is a gearbox issue or engine and post any fault codes for further assistance

Thanks a8 tech - not had any diagnosis done yet so cannot confirm whether its an engine misfire or fuel pump issue...not had any fault codes yet...
