2.0 TDI 140 sport 2006, only had the car a week, really pleased but starting today the alarm has gone of 5 times. I've set the alarm by pressing lock twice to lock without the deadlock, interior etc but it still goes off anything from 15 minutes to 3 hours.
I've opened and closed all doors, boot & bonnet.

Anything I could check, or is there a way to lock the car without setting the alarm?

    Cheers

    Hi and welcome.

Be worth doing a search in the B6 section. This has been discussed before.

You could also try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to see if it resets itself.

Really need someone with VAG-COM (VCDS) to scan the car and find out which sensor is triggering the alarm. Without that its going to be a long process of elimination.
