hi - anyone know what this connection is at the back of the engine head - this goes into a union jack i think which is connected to the engine - i removed the connected and there was water underneath it - i think.

It looks like a valve of some kind once you open it up.

    regards

Not sure it id the temp sensor, on the APU the connector is lower down behind the head. I think that is the pre cat lambda sensor connector. That are the colours of the cables. Regards Peter.

well the reason i ask - when i had the leak there - this is the only electric connection in that area where water could have got into.

This goes into like a t- connector which is connected to the engine - there was water under this connection head - when i took the connection off - i didnt actually remove the wires - but that which the wire was connected to - and it was like a baby's dummy (it was dipped in water).

    Regards

Issac, Don't be pedantic. Its obvious! Its that bit that fits in between the two tubes, that looks like an umbilical chord and fits beneath the underside of the cover that feels like a nappy. I couldn't find it in my elsawin, but I am sure someone knows.

Glad you have a sense of humour. Rest assured we all want to help you but, if you make it difficult, it can be very frustrating for us.
