Hi i have a polo 1.4 1999. It is running as if on three cylinders, however the plugs and leads, cap coil etc all appear to be good. I disconnected the injectors one by one and number 4 resulted in no change to the engines performance?? How do you remove the injector from the rail?? surely it doesnt come as part of the rail and you need to buy 4 injectors and a rail?? my initial fault was high idle could this have been the management system attempting to compensate?? Thanks for any help, this is urgent as someone wants to buy the car!!! Cheers

    dont usually have injector problems
the rail unbolts from the inlet and injector unclips from rail
i would check the inlet manifold gasket first also the servo pipe
