    i,ve just notice every time i take my foot off the clutch and out of gear the idle speed dip,s down to 400rpm and back up to 900rpm 2-3 time,s but then idle,s as normal.any ideas.

    Idle stabilisation is done by the throttle body.
    Yours needs a clean.
    Pull the hose off the TB, the one from the intercooler, and clean the butterfly and the area where it seats.
