    Hi People

I've bought a LED strip to put on my headlight, to fit on my 2001 VW Bora, not sure how to wire it up, how to test it out etc..

LED Strip is 48cm with 48 LEDs, and is a 12v so should wire straight onto car electrical system...not sure how though..

any advice, links anything would be much appreciated.

    Many Thanks

I wired the angel eyes and DRL's into my old A4 by soldering all the wires together at one end, then splicing them into the 12v feed to the sidelight. Its pritty simple to be honest.

I'll defo get some pics on here as soon as they're on...

I'm planning to connect them from the inner side of the lights right to the top of the headlight...

basically ive got two wires sticking out right (+ and -?) do i need to cut the original vw wiring from my current sidelight, and connect to that? My bulbs have a plastic cover which is where the sidelight and its wiring sits, does that mean this wire is going to be sticking out? more details on this would be appreciated, not worked on the cars electrical wiring before! Thanks :-)
