There is air in the fuel system. We have filled the fuel filter up and taken off the clear line and bled all the air out of the fuel filter. How do I bleed the air out off the injector pump? I have two lines going in the injector on the left a blue one on the right a clear one. Which one do I need to clear the air out of? I've tried pulling the clear one off but I can't seem to get it off?

I phone the VW garage and expanded the problem they said to take off the air filter and spray diesel into the engine whilst turning it over. I shouldn't need to bleed it Is this right?

    Thank for your help?

    Cheers

    Tim

Sorted, took the blue return line off the injector pump and put a clamp on it. Then I put a MityVac on the injector and bled the air out. Undo the injector lines crank over until fuel comes out. Then do them up while its still turning over. Started right up.

    Cheers

    Tim
