Help! Mk4 Golf Smoking Occasionally

hiya all.. my mk4 golf 1.4 16v has starting smoking white
from what i understand, blue usually indicates oil being burnt (rings) and white usually results when head gasket is out but it still starts and drives fine, still has its normal power and its not over heating or mixing oil with water or anything like that.. just the smoking..

i've cleaned out the carb, injectors, replaced the coil pack and cleaned out all sorts of pipes and gave it a good run today but still have the same prob.

can anyone help? any info will be well appreciated.
