Thanks for that Sam. I managed to put it back together after a bit of spring tensioning!

    Cheers

Hi Guys - I have managed to achieve the same thing - glove box light in pieces. I can see one end of the spring - on the copper strip - where does the other end go? Its driving me mad!

Gamma stereo, IPOD extension that I fitted (and ran lead into glove box) sounds and works fantastic though! If I can get the light working again its happy days!

    Thanks,

    Ross

    Hi Ross,

To be honest, I can't remember how I did it , apart from a bit of spring tensioning. I remember thinking afterwards though 'that was easy'. I'll grab my light when I go out in a mo & see if I can take some more pics to complement Sam's...

    Cheers

Right - I've added a short video to Youtube seeing as I can't upload 29MB to this forum... It shows what a complete unit should look & operate like. It was recorded in HD, but I had to MPEG it to go on Youtube...

    Hope it helps!
