    Default Premium Phone Kit problem – 10-02-2009,09:58 AM
    Hi - I have got a problem with my phone installation - it has been working but in the last couple of days it won't start up. When I select the phone, the connection sign comes up with no bars on the signal strength. It then displays a message, "Initialising Phone - Please Wait". This last for a minute or so and then it turns itself off.

    Anytning I can do or should i take it in?

    What phone model?

    Try deleting your phone from the car (under blutooth settings) and delete the car on your phone. Then start afresh with a search for new connection on the car kit. Make sure bluetooth has not been turned off on the phone.

    You might also have a problem if you have changed the PIN number on your phone. Try it with PIN code authorisation turned off.
