    can any advise about wiring for speedo sensory for Sharan
    wire colour blue/white, black, brown/green. Speedo not working at present

    Black is ignition feed, brown/green is earth, and blue/white to dash panel insert,(speedo)

    do you have a wiring diagram that shows the wires going into the sensor and the speedo. ie showing where each of the wires go to and from. looking into the engine compartment.

    On the sensors contact 1 is the black wire,ignition feed
    On the sensors contact 2 is the blue/white wire which runs to the dash panel multistick contact 28/27
    On the sensors contact 3 is the brown/green wire which runs to an earth contact on cyl head
    The wires run from the sensor to a 28 pin connector to the left on the engine,from here they run to the rear of the fuse box
