    I've come across a set of 15" VW Multispoke wheels advertised as coming off a MK4 Golf & that they'll fit Passat's & Bora's.

Described as having 6J rim width, 5 studs & that the stud diameter is 110 (is this referring distance between the studs?).

Are these suitable for my '98 R-plate Passat 1.9 TDI estate?

    Thanks in advance

    Steve

No, this is the PCD (Pitched Circle Diameter) - if you took the centre point from each of the five stud holes on the wheels and joined them to form a circle (rather than a pentagon), then the measurement you have is the diameter of this circle - i.e. the 110mm for Golfy's and 112mm for 'ssats.

I'd already worked out what measurement the PCD referred to, but thanks anyway.
