Just thought I would share my solution to my rear washer jet stopping working following a recent cold snap.

I presumed the connections had popped somewhere due to ice, as people mention on here. I first removed the boot panel (two screws, one behind safety traingle, the other in the handle) then a bit of brute force to pull the panel off (several strong clips). I found that the pipe onto the back of the wiper was fine, I took it off and tried squirting, nothing.

After reading the forum I then headed for the front passenger foot well, carpet felt dry, but I took the plastic panel off the side and pulled the carpet back. I found the pipe amongst the wires on the left hand side, I think it may have actually been still joined together but it unclipped as I pulled it out. There was a little bit of dampness in the footwell however, and in the sump where the convinience unit is, but I dont think its washer fluid, so looks like I need to check the drains under the battery asap.

After reconnecting the footwell pipe washers still were not working, so I then headed to the back of the car, and found the pipe in the cubby hole in the left of the boot, I think it may be where the multichanger would live if I had one. The pipe was disconnected here. I pulled out the polystyrene base from the cubby hole and found the area fully of about 3 inches of washer fluid. There is a gromet in here so I simply reached down and pulled the gromet out to drain the area, then replaced.

Washers are now working great, just need to dry everything out.

Hope this helps someone, someday.
