    Car: 1998 GTi 1.8T

God where do i start . . . Right driving along hunky dorey and all of a sudden Chris Moyles went dead on the Radio, the head and dashboard lights went dim, also the ABS and Airbag warnings illuminated . . . . after about 30 secs every thing comes back online and the car is running well! so i though oh well just a little bug as its happened once before about a week earlier! then today the same thing happened, but this was outside the house, so i turned the ignition off, and tried to start the car again, the car then failed to start as if there was very little juice . . . . 10 mins later it starts and runs fine. Tha battery is almost new just wondering what the hell is going on? Im sure the battery is fine but after everything comes back online the car seems like better before . . . . Hope you guys can help!

youve probably got a corroded earth connection. i think theres an earth point under the battery that can suffer. also check your battery terminals, and connections to the starter motor and engine earth point.
