  1. Continually blowing rear brake light bulbs

My July2002 A4 1.9TDI 130 SE is continually blowing rear brake light bulbs (more offside than nearside)

Can anyone suggest a reason for or solution to this problem.

I think it might be a loose or exposed connection on the clusters but not sure how to check. I know how to get the clusters out but not what to look for as the root of the problem.

Thanks in advance of any assistance

A loose connection will not make the bulb blow. Which make of bulbs are you using?

I usually get them from Halfords. I may also check all the connections anyway and next time it happens check the bulb more thoroughly to ensure it has actually blown

Isthe best place to get the bulbs an Audi main dealer

    Thanks
