Leaky windscreen washer container? Polo 1.2 E

Bit of a wierd one this, but I recently took my 02 Polo 1.2 E 65BHP in for a standard service at Kwik-Fit (I know, I know) and ever since, it has had several problems.

1. Often difficult to start (well, takes a couple of goes - doesn't seem to make much difference whether engine is hot or cold
2. Intermittent exhaust emissions light
3. When I fill the windscreen wash 'tube' it is empty after a day or so, even without using the windscreen washer.

I am just putting up with the first two, but the third seems very wierd. Does anything else use the windscreen wash?

sounds to me like you should either take it back to them, or re trace what they did during the service.
Did they do timing belts during the standard service or just fluids and filters? If they did belts then possibly not quite got the timing correct, which is a worry. May cause the poor starting. Or maybe they put the fuel filters on backwards(they have a flow direction usually) or something dim.

The screen wash bottle has a pipe off somewhere, fill it up and look under the car, should be able to see where the water escapes. Or less likely, split in the bottle maybe.
