    Going to work and heater started blowing cold air at full blast, next thing strange noise coming from engine,have looked under car and a tiny amount of water on floor am thinking water pump failed,although engine still runs,so dont think cam belt has gone ( fingers crossed ! ) Any ideas ??

    Got the Check Coolant Level Stop! message or something similar on the computer when mine failed. It did as yours and only blew cold air.
    One German, Two Italian.
    It's a Mercedes Benzzzz though

    Hi i would advise you not to run the engine,before you find the fault.

    Many thanks for reply's, turned out to be failed water pump. impelor broke up damaged the cam belt and the bottom pulley.Then found faulty rad.All done now,got my baby back!!
