    Hi there folks
I want to hook up a vag.com lead to my A4 2.5tdi. After reading article on aftermarket radio on the ross tech website, I tested pins 4 and 7 with my vault meter to discover that there was 10.90 vaults coming through, so I took the radio out and disconnected the block that housed the k-line pin 3 from the back of the stereo. But there is still 10.90 vaults coming through pin4 and 7 of the diagnostic port. I used a stereo harness adapter PC9-401 or 404 to get the stereo working through the back speakers, and a nokia hands free kit is fitted, could ether of these be the problem???
    Thanks

I have lost a few USB Hex CAN leads due to hands free kits and aftermarket stereos, very distressing at £260 a time. Apparently on the old VAS 1551 it would wipe out the whole unit costing the dealer thousands each time.
