Wheres the best place to get a towbar online?

does anyone know where the best place for me to get a towbar kit for my golf mk4??

im after the type with the plug and ply system.


and also, some one told me you need a license to tow any kind of trailer??? i was always on the understanding that it was only required if the trailer was over a certain weight??

If the trailer is over 3/4 of a ton you need category E on your license.

When did you pass your driving test? this will help to determine what you can / can't tow.
