Hi, I've just bought an 06 VW Sharan which doesn't have a CD player. I can get a 2nd hand 6 CD changer from a 1999 Sharan but I'm not sure if it'll be compatible. Will it be?

Also, if my car is not pre-wired how much should I expect to pay to have the wiring done?
