Hi New to the forum - bought my 07 Audi A4 SE a month ago and spending too much money on it already I ordered a phone cradle for my new iphone 3G a month ago with no probs came next day. I just ordered a few small items again last Wednesday evening. No show so far - I emailed vagparts yesterday morning with no reply and as usual the phone is constantly engaged (expected). I looked in the shop and its offline. Anyone know what is going on as I have been chrged on my CC already? Cheers

The Post Office more ofter than not gets snowed under at this time of year, I wouldn't worry too much just give it a few more days.

Thanks mate, but it doesn't explain why vagparts.com shop is not working at the moment though? Unless they are snowed under themselves!

I know Martyn quite well, as does the moderator mycarsavw on here, their shop being offline is for a reason, which I cannot pass on myself.

Pick up the phone and ring them, I've never had any trouble getting through and I've always received prompt replies to my emails.

If your CC has been charged, you'll get your goods, I've spent a small fortune with vagparts, they've always delivered

Well I have sent 3 emails so far to 3 different email addresses sales, orders and martyn - no reply (3 days ago). I have phoned probably about 15 times and all engaged - just want to know if its been posted as I am happy to wait for Mr Royal mail - but not knowing if its even in stock is making me worried.

That does sound strange that you have not been able to get through....

Maybe Sam or Carl could see if they can contract there contact direct maybe?

    Cheers
