    Straight from an American site

"The 1.8T is the perfect engine to learn to replace spark plugs on... access is very easy.

    Pop hood open.
    Disconnect battery (-) terminal.
    Remove engine cover.
Disconnect wiring from coilpacks (4) -- note which plug goes where.
(early B5's only -- unbolt coilpacks (8 bolts total), if applicable)
Pull straight up on coilpacks to expose spark plugs below.
Use canned air to blow-out any debris from the spark plug holes.
Remove spark plugs. (Take pictures of spark tips & post here for an analysis of your plugs)
Apply a very light coating of anti-seize to threads on new spark plugs.
    Torque to 22 lb-ft.
Press coilpacks back over spark plugs -- make sure they are in order
(early B5's only: bolt down coilpacks, if applicable)
    Plug wiring into coilpacks.
    Replace engine cover.
    Reconnect battery (-) terminal.
    Close hood.

Make sure you use the factory-spec NGK PFR6Q plugs. (They'll run about $10 to $15 each, but you really do need them.)

This should take an hour the first time and 15 minutes every time after that"

Considering selling my VCDS KEY-USB interface. If you're interested please contact me via PM or email.
