SD card track order incorrect

I have just taken delivery of my A4 sline with concert sound system. I have placed around 10 albums on a 2gb SD and it works fine except it does not play the tracks in the correct album order. Viewing the card on a pc using explorer the tracks appear in the correct order no. 1.2.3 etc.
I have checked the concert set up and shuffle is not enabled, also the tracks always show up in the same wrong order .

Anybody know how to get them playing in order?

In explorer check to see if you can see the ID tags, it may be that they aren't numbered or are numbered incorrectly. Do the tracks play alphabetically by any chance?

thanks for the reply, yes tracks are numbered correctly with I'd tags and yes they do play in alphabetical order. any ideas?
