    Hi

I have just brought a Golf GTI 1.8 turbo (180 BHP), the cambelt had snapped before it got it and I'm trying to rebuild it. I have a Haynes manual but the section on cam chain timing is poor and I don't want to put it back together incorrectly.

Does any one have any more detail on this? If so, please add comments or email me at zxrule@hotmail.com.

    Thanks for your time

    Karl
