    Default Boot Light – 06-12-2008,02:29 PM
    I have a second hand passat sport 2007, which has a boot light, which does not work. I have checked the wiring and there is no connection to the light! I have looked behind the trim and there is no sign of a loose wire.

    Is this a normal feature?

    I had this problem with my wife's 55 plate Passat but I was lucky that when I removed the light the white connector had just come away from the bulb holder.
    If the wires and plug are missing contact your dealer as it is still under warranty!

    Yeah the dealer will do it no time at all. Mine was broken when I got it so when it went in for a service it was fixed free of charge
