    Hi

We have just taken delivery of 2 new A4 Avant S Line 140bhp. We have had the sat nav installed on the centre console display. However, when you press the button to drop the fascia it slides down and then the eject button does not eject the disk. This is the same on both so guessing it something we are doing wrong.

In the glovebox one disk (UK) is missing and European is still there so guessing that it must be inside machine. Does it have hard drive so that you can play CDs whilst sat nav is working or is it a multiple 6 disk changer as standard on A4 with sat nav upgrade.

Also, do you know if the card slots the mapping information can be stored on these or what music formats it accepts?

    Cheers in advance...

When you press eject, does it not ask for a number of the CD to eject. I know its not a DVD, but I have the in dash 6 CD changer and when I first got the car, I pressed eject, waited, it made a noise, and nothing. Then realised I had to pres Eject, then the number of the CD to eject, then out it popped.

The slots in the Nav Plus are for SD cards with MP3 music on them.

Your DVD cannot be ejected because the dealer has probably forgotten to "unlock" the eject function at PDI which prevents the DVD being removed during transportation.

You should only have one DVD that covers the UK and whole of Europe as well - I'm a bit mystified about a separate UK disc?
