Recently I have been going to my touran in the morning and my brake lights are on. When I press the brake pedal they go off. I have been checking that they are off when I leave to the car in the evening but at some point in the night they are turning on. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance..

    Andy

    Hi Andy,

Sounds to me you have a faulty brake light switch. It is located just above the brake pedal. They only cost about a £10 to replace. They either come in a 2 or 4 pin switch so check your old one 1st.
