Can anyone help bora tdi starting problem

I have 2004 tdi 150 bora which WAS remapped it came up with crank sensor fault an struggled to start, so changed crank sensor and no change except now 2 faults ecu fault so changed crank sensor and sent ecu to lynx now not totally sure what they have done but crank sensor fault gone but ecu fault still there an car still struggling to start, once its runnin it drives great but still has problems starting, its worse when cold though, oh an lynx say there is nothin wrong with ecu even though diagnostics say otherwise can someone please help me.

Have you changed the coolant temp sensor ?

These are very unreliable and fail all the time. It is rare for them to show up a fault code either.

A nice cheap DIY fix.

I have changed cooling temp sensor and cam sensor to be sure jus had it started took it for run to warm it up but soon as knocked off wouldn start again.

What i dont understand is if ecu is ok when tested by lynx y is it still bringing up same fault code when back in car.
