    Default Lack of heat – 20-11-2008,05:18 PM
    Hi There,
    I have an 03 A4 Quattro 1.8T . I have a lack of heat in both side vents and middle vents. Window defrost does have heat but not so hot. Any pointers would help.

    Might need the cooling system flushing out,and then new coolant putting in. If not then the heater matrix might have given up

    what does your header tank look like is it clean,or really dirty

    looks really clean, coolant has been changed. The pipe that comes through the firewall into the cabin is quite cool, but I have heat on the main windscreen vent..
